I founded Kalliope Studios, a botanical design studio rooted in the harmony of floral elegance, natural aesthetics, and unwavering commitment to both sustainability and community. As a perpetual dreamer, I find joy in developing movement and creative potential in the big picture. My journey began in a childhood fascination with the woods - a curiosity that blossomed into a passion for shaping our built environment -  ultimately leading me to pursue a Master’s in Urban Planning.

My process begins with an initial conversation—a vibe check. This first call is an opportunity for us to connect, exchange ideas, and lay the groundwork for a meaningful, collaborative relationship. From there, I source local and organic blooms from nearby farms and trusted NYC wholesalers during the week of your event, ensuring each arrangement is fresh, seasonal, and uniquely yours.

Every stem is chosen with intention, guided by its quality, texture, shape, and natural movement. I seek out the unique and the imperfectly perfect—twisted branches, ruffled petals, and the kind of organic beauty that nature creates. These elements infuse each design with life and character.

The world of florals is a symphony of moving parts I draw inspiration from all of them: from the materials and vision of the stylist, coupled with the character and surroundings of the venue,  to the special energy of the space itself --but most importantly, from your own personal story.
